Since all items are personalized/custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind (e.g., color preference, style preference, or design regret).

Our Responsibility & Quality Issues


If there is an error caused by us (such as wrong letter, missing parts, or manufacturing defects):

  • Please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will offer a partial refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable Cases


  • Minor handmade variations (such as slight differences in bead spacing, charm position, or minor size differences) are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
  • Color differences caused by screen display settings are not eligible for returns.
  • Custom products made exactly according to your confirmed design specifications are non-refundable once production is complete.
